Executive Administrative AssistantAre you an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant looking for a new challenge? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a heavy workload? Are you proficient in the Microsoft suite and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills? This role is crucial in ensuring efficient operations and delivering high-quality administrative services.As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the lead executive assistant for the organization. Your key responsibilities include assisting with day-to-day executive office operations, managing centralized shipping for the local team, maintaining storage room inventory, updating and maintaining the organization's distribution list, developing a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy, partnering with the lead space planner to manage space for the organization, handling centralized facilities requests, providing support to the executive office local team, resolving customer requests, hosting business guests, coordinating lunches for meetings and offsites, preparing birthday cards for LT admins and members, serving as backup onsite support for admins when needed, supporting intern operations during intern season, and participating in the GIVE Campaign v-team.To drive success in this role, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of previous Microsoft experience, minimum 5-7 years of experience with executive admin duties, proficient skill level in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), and strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred skills include a Business Administration degree or related field, previous experience supporting a CVP in an executive office, and experience supporting a large organization.This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a lead executive assistant in a dynamic corporate environment.
