As an Administrative Assistant, you would be asked to assist office teammates and all customers by handling office and accounting tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.Key responsibilities include:Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office teamCoordinate crew and job schedulingPerform detailed and accurate data entryAccounting duties - invoicing, accounts receivable, etc.Taking after hours emergency calls (on a scheduled rotation)Position requirements:High school diploma/GED (preferred)Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskSkills/competencies:This is a role in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customers who have experienced property damage in their home or business. Teamwork, empathy, and patience are critical skills for our industry as well as finding satisfaction in helping others in times of difficulty.
