Administrative Assistant (Technology Operations)Oxford Solutions is working with a client seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a technology-focused programs team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering a hybrid schedule.The position requires at least one day per week onsite, with flexibility to work additional onsite days as meetings, events, or business needs require.This role is well suited for an organized administrative professional who has experience supporting projects, programs, or technical teams. You will help coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, prepare reports and presentations, and keep day-to-day program activities organized.Responsibilities:Coordinate project and team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-up itemsMaintain project files, schedules, documentation, and administrative recordsGather project updates and assist with recurring reports and program metricsPrepare and format PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other materialsTrack administrative deadlines, action items, and project deliverablesAssist with invoices, travel arrangements, expenses, and general program administrationCoordinate logistics for meetings, visitors, workshops, and eventsMaintain department templates, procedures, distribution lists, and shared filesProvide general administrative support to project managers and program leadershipQualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred3+ years of administrative, project coordination, program support, or operations experienceExperience supporting engineering, technology, manufacturing, research, or other project-driven organizations preferredStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with Microsoft TeamsSalesforce or similar CRM experience is a plusExperience maintaining project documentation, reports, and presentationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesProfessional written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential informationExperience supporting nonprofit or government-funded programs is a plusHybrid position based in the Pittsburgh area. Candidates must be available to work onsite at least one day per week and additional onsite days when needed.
