Administrative AssistantTENICA is looking to hire an administrative assistant with a TS/SCI, CI poly.Job Location: Denver, COResponsibilities:Provide support for scheduling and coordination of activities, conference rooms, calendar management, telephone conferences and messaging, travel arrangements and vouchers and briefing and correspondence review for grammar and formattingSupport the coordination and management of decision documents, directives, work plans, governance documentation, and strategic artifactsServe as member of in/out processing team. Ensure all necessary documentation are prepared on behalf of the inbound/outbound contractor to allow proper processingQualifications:Education and/or Experience: :Junior to senior positions available, depending on experienceActive TS/SCI w/CI PolyRequirements/Abilities:Strong organizational skillsExcellent customer-facing skills admin
