Administrative Assistant For The Vice President For National AccountsAVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately hire to fill the role of Administrative Assistant for the Vice President for National Accounts at our Headquarters location in Warren, OH.Founded in 1960, AVI Foodsystems has evolved into one of the most respected and trusted food service companies in the nation. Providing comprehensive food services with a focus on the highest quality and freshest ingredients, impeccable service and total value is the reputation we have earned and live up to everyday.Duties & Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the Vice President for National Accounts, such as managing daily schedule, answering phone calls, and preparing the Vice President for National Accounts for various meetings and callsArrange conference calls, schedule and assemble meetingsCommunicate effectively with internal Headquarters Service Center, operations departments and field operatorsManage phone calls and provide message follow upManage organization of internal and external meetings on Microsoft Outlook calendarResearch and manage projects and tasks as assignedSupport managers and team members reporting to the Vice President for National Accounts as neededVarious duties as assigned by the Vice President for National AccountsRequirements:Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel and knowledge of Windows based applicationsAbility to create Microsoft Word and Excel documents with requested dataAbility to create PowerPoint presentationsAbility to learn and problem solve; analyticalAbility to self-supervise and be self-motivatedServe as a role model and advocate for the companyConduct and maintain a professional, courteous and positive image at all timesPossess excellent organizational, writing and communication skillsAbility to multi-task, stay focused and achieve deadlines, especially during high pressure situations; ability to shift priorities and job tasks quicklyMust be extremely organized and have strong attention to detailAbility to proof read documentsAbility to work in a team environment and communicate with all levels in the company in accordance with AVI Core ValuesMust be confidential and trustworthyBenefits:A family culture and atmosphereCompetitive compensationHealth, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members401(k) with generous company matchPaid vacations and holidaysImmense training and growth opportunitiesWe conduct pre-employment drug testing.
