NHTrust is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Wealth Management team in Concord, NH. In this fast-paced, high-touch environment, you'll help keep client appointments, meeting materials, electronic files, events, office resources, and daily workflows organized and on track. No two days will be the same. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off; paid parental leave; tuition reimbursement; professional development opportunities; and the chance to be part of a supportive team that values your contributions.How You'll Make an ImpactKeep the office running smoothly by coordinating calendars, supplies, mail, meetings, client appointments, electronic files, and daily administrative needsPrepare, organize, and quality-check presentation packets, reports, agendas, seminar materials, handouts, and correspondenceCreate a polished client experience by coordinating appointments, meeting rooms, business lunches, seminar logistics, and follow-up itemsMaintain accurate client records, CRM information, document repositories, and administrative tracking tools while protecting confidential informationSupport the onboarding of new client relationships by gathering, organizing, routing, and maintaining required forms and documentationPartner with Wealth Advisors, leadership, operations teams, vendors, and external contacts to resolve routine needs and keep work moving forwardAssist with client seminars, educational events, and special projects, including invitations, materials, attendee tracking, setup, and post-event follow-upUse Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and document management systems to support accurate and efficient workflowsBalance multiple priorities with professionalism, discretion, accuracy, and strong follow-throughWhat We're Looking For1–3 years of administrative, office coordination, client service, or financial services support experience preferredExperience supporting advisors, executives, professional services teams, or client-facing office environments is helpfulStrong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointFamiliarity with CRM systems, electronic file management, presentation preparation, and appointment scheduling preferredExceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detailProfessional, client-focused communication skills and discretion when handling confidential informationAbility to receive direction from multiple stakeholders, clarify priorities, and follow through independentlyAbility to manage competing deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable, resourceful, and proactive team approachYour Next Great Opportunity Starts HereJoin a growing organization where your success is supported, your contributions are valued, and your potential is unlimited.
