Administrative AssociateKelly is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to support daily branch operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role provides administrative support to managers, supervisors, associates, customers, and vendors. The assignment is expected to be extended or converted to a permanent position at the end of February, based on business needs and performance.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls, direct callers, and respond to routine customer and vendor inquiries.Assist with collecting payments and supporting the service counter.Count the cash drawer, run OTC reports, collect invoices, and complete bank runs as needed.Create and maintain purchase orders in Ariba and monitor invoice and payment status.Research invoices and purchase orders in BMS and code invoices for payment.Complete monthly HSE inspections, upload documentation to SharePoint, and update Enablon.Review cash aging reports and follow up on outstanding payments.Create and distribute monthly work internals for parts and labor.Scan and upload parts and service invoices to the common drive and SharePoint.Enter daily timekeeping information, including PTO and other adjustments, and assist with weekly payroll submission.Schedule training, including Crane and CPR/First Aid renewals.Assist with EEEC and branch events, including planning, setup, teardown, and supplies.Maintain and order office and coffee supplies.Maintain bulletin information displayed on TV monitors.Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.Assist managers and supervisors with special projects and other administrative needs.Complete month-end activities and other routine administrative duties as assigned.QualificationsPunctual, dependable, and reliable.Strong computer skills and the ability to learn various office systems.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Comfortable working with customers, vendors, managers, supervisors, and associates.Previous administrative, office, customer service, accounting, or payroll support experience is preferred.
