Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services.Job SummaryThe Administrative Associate II position at the Grace S. Webb School encompasses the quintessential front desk school responsibilities. The team member will work with students, guardians, public school systems, Webb School staff, and HHC teams on an array of independent and group projects. Consequently, the ideal candidate will be effective at communication, organized, and enjoy working with others. Essential tasks, functions, and qualities: customer service, Microsoft suite, Google, CT SEDS, PowerSchool, office equipment usage, confidential record handling, calendar management, sitting/standing/bending, mailing, filing, phones, assorted troubleshooting & triaging. Student Information Systems experience is preferred. Necessary willingness to participate in the Crisis Prevention Intervention process inside student programs. There is a significant amount of time sitting and working on a computer.
