Position Highlights
Medical Director - mix of clinical and administrative
Supervise medical providers
40 hours weekly - Outpatient Only
16 patients per day

Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certification in Family Medicine
Indiana State licensure preferred, not necessary
Medical Director experience preferred
