Administrative Coordinator 2Northwestern State University is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Coordinator 2 for the National Center for Preservation Technology & Training (NCPTT).NCPTT Technical Services is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to provide essential operational support. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of departmental administrative functions. The Administrative Coordinator 2 will serve as a key resource for department operations, supporting activities related to contracting, purchasing, budget tracking, and travel coordination. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting the Technical Services department and contributing to the successful execution of its mission and programs.An ideal candidate should possess the following competencies: Accepting Direction, Demonstrating Accountability, Following Policies and Procedures, Leveraging Technology, Managing Resources.Minimum QualificationsOne year of experience in administrative services.
