Job description
EF Language Abroad Operations Support RoleSupports the Administrative Manager in all aspects of her/his position.Arranges weekly arrival and departure transfers to and from the airports, making last minute changes and resolving complex issues including flight changes and cancellations.Ensures all student records meet accreditation standards and remain in compliance with student visa regulations.Reviews all booking details for new students and check that they are entered correctly.Assists with the student intake and registration process, including physical set-up, ensuring intake materials are prepared in advance and student documents are properly logged in internal database.Uses Atlantis system for student data management.Effectively communicates with colleagues in other departments and those located worldwide.Creates and revises enrollment forms, obtaining new signatures for students who extend their stay.Acts as DSO (Designated School Official) creating I-20 forms and working in SEVIS system; training will be provided.Serves as a part-time receptionist for the main Student Services office, providing a welcoming first point of contact for students, assesses and filters their questions and needs, responds to routine inquiries, and directs students to the appropriate team member, department, or resource for further assistance.The RequirementsFocused on Customer ServiceStrong conflict resolution skillsExcellent organization and communication skillsExcellent Computer skills including ExcelWillingness to learn and become a DSOCreative thinker and resourcefulExtremely detail oriented with good follow-throughAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood analytical and planning skillsDynamic and outgoing personalityComfortable working with diverse populations and non-native English speakersTravel or study abroad experience a plusBilingual not required but is a plusFlexible schedule with willingness to work some weekends.About UsEF Education First is a global education company focusing on language, academic, cultural exchange, and educational travel programs.
