This role involves managing administrative systems, policies, and procedures while supporting physicians, patients, and staff with professionalism and care.Essential ResponsibilitiesEfficiently handle all typing and copying tasks, including creating forms, maintaining menu systems, and preparing reports and communications for physicians and hospital staff.Ensure timely completion of correspondence and maintain organized filing systems for patient and non-patient documents.Manage phone communications by answering calls, retrieving voicemails, and coordinating contact with physicians and internal departments.Provide reliable front desk coverage and deliver constructive feedback to enhance office functionality.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Coursework or experience in administrative duties, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, and communication skills is preferred.Experience and RequirementsPrevious experience in a medical office or administrative setting is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. A warm and professional demeanor is important to support patients and colleagues effectively.Work ShiftFirst shift, full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
