Join our friendly crew as an Administrative Operations Specialist, a vital team member who drives day-to-day office operations and provides versatile administrative support across multiple departments.This role is perfect for someone energetic, proactive, and enthusiastic about collaborating with others, supporting employee experience initiatives, and helping out with events and projects. You'll be a key part of making our workplace welcoming and efficient!Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on projects; occasional evening or weekend work may be required).Starting at $25.00+ per hour, depending on experience.Competitive compensation package, annual bonus potential, cell phone reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life & AD&D insurance, short-term disability coverage, 401(k) plan with company match, seven paid holidays, Flex Time Off accrual from your first day, fitness club discounts & wellness incentives, Employee Assistance Programs, possible relocation allowance, a family-oriented workplace that values teamwork and professional growth.Office Operations & Environment: Keep daily office operations running—clean, organized, and welcomingManage supplies, maintenance, and vendor servicesOrganize and set up spaces for meetings and eventsDocument and suggest improvements for admin processesFinance & Executive Support: Assist Finance & Accounting with administrative / data entry tasksSupport executive teams (CFO, COO, CPO) with project and general admin needsHR & Employee Engagement: Support HR with orientations, onboarding, compliance, and employee directoriesHelp coordinate training sessions and employee eventsContribute to internal communications and employee recognitionAssist in creative special projects to enhance employee experienceReception & Communication: Create a warm, personable welcome for office visitors and new hiresOversee phone system coverage and deliver professional responses to inquiriesContinuous Improvement: Gather feedback and suggest ways to make offices and processes even betterMaintain a service-focused mindset that improves workflows and workplace culture3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or similar rolesProven ability to independently manage office logistics and admin tasks with initiativeStrong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills; adaptable to changing prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and discretionHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn new office tools and systemsCreative problem-solving skills—can work independently or in a teamPhysical ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods, and do light cleaning as neededFriendly, approachable attitude with a focus on customer service and inclusivityAssociate's degree or higher, or relevant certifications (business administration, office management, etc.)Experience supporting finance and HR functions, including accounts payable and onboardingBackground in event planning, employee engagement, or culture-building programsKnowledge of the construction or related industryExcited to join a collaborative, family-focused team where your creative ideas and organizational talent matter?
