Administrative Coordinator/Project CoordinatorThe Reconstruction Project Coordinator is the operational anchor for all reconstruction jobs. You ensure each project is set up correctly, moves through the pipeline without delay, remains compliant with carrier and program requirements, and closes with complete documentation and accurate billing. You connect estimators, project managers, subcontractors, TPAs, and homeowners so reconstruction work proceeds smoothly from start to finish.Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We need someone who can take charge, problem solve, build relationships, and complete tasks while being a stickler for the details. We also want a fun personality that enjoys getting results.We are an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
