Administrative Support Assistant IILocation: Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, California Employment: Full-time, contingent upon award - Anticipated start date of 9 December 2026 Clearance: Active Secret clearance Anticipated total annual cash compensation: $80,000–$95,000, including applicable Health and Welfare compensationPosition OverviewSkyBridge Tactical is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant II to support the Naval Special Warfare Leader Assessment Program in Coronado, California. The employee will provide scheduling, participant coordination, travel administration, records management, reporting, and on-site logistical support. This position is designated as key personnel and requires discretion when handling sensitive personnel and assessment information.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and logistical support for program activities and scheduled assessment events.Coordinate with Government stakeholders, program participants, and prospective panel members.Maintain participant rosters, schedules, registration information, and other program records.Prepare weekly schedules and assist with annual program-planning requirements.Notify participants, collect required information, and maintain accurate pre-event records.Prepare and distribute authorized program correspondence, schedules, surveys, and administrative materials.Provide on-site support throughout program-execution periods.Coordinate official travel using the Defense Travel System.Assist travelers with DTS authorizations, vouchers, and travel-related questions.Review and reconcile travel transactions and maintain supporting documentation for audit readiness.Prepare and maintain required travel and administrative reports.Perform reviewing-official or Non-DTS Entry Agent functions if formally designated.Assist with registration materials, performance graphics, presentations, and program reports.Moderate structured program interviews when requested by the Government. This position does not assess or grade participants.Protect sensitive personnel, travel, assessment, and Government information.Required QualificationsAssociate's degree in an administrative field. A bachelor's degree is preferred.At least three years of experience using the Defense Travel System and applying Department of Defense travel-processing policies and procedures.At least three years of professional experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Active Secret security clearance.U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain access to military installations.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Navy, Naval Special Warfare, USSOCOM, or another Department of Defense organization.Previous DTS reviewing-official, Non-DTS Entry Agent, or Government Travel Charge Card experience.Experience supporting senior military or Flag-level leadership.Experience handling confidential personnel or assessment records.
