Responsibilities
The work requires a substantive knowledge in order to provide guidance on numerous regulations and policies.
Accomplishes the clerical and administrative functions of the DFMWR HQ. Develops and implements procedures pertaining to files and other administrative activities.
Independently composes letters, memoranda, and responses to inquiries not of a technical nature. Reviews technical correspondence for grammatical accuracy, punctuation format, etc., and to ensure suspense dates are met.
Initiates and tracks all Purchase Requests via Government Purchase Card Program.

Reviews time and attendance cards and ensures that time and attendance is properly input for themselves. confirms schedule is inputted into the Epay.
Qualifications
Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Minimum Qualification Criteria: Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and requirements; various office skills; and the ability to apply such skills in a way that increases the effectiveness of others. Must have progressively responsible work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform in such capacity. Positions that have a typing requirement require that the incumbent type a minimum 40 words per minute Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Power Point software. **To qualify with Minimum Qualifications, Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualification criteria above. High Qualification Criteria: Must have 3 years of administrative experience supporting a military, government, or non-profit organization at a senior level and, Must have 2 years of NAF experience in multiple divisions (Business, Recreation, Child and Youth Services and/ or NAF Support) and, Must have work experience utilizing AR 25-50 at the Directorate level and, Must have demonstrated proficiency using NAF information systems (i.e., DCPDS, AUTONOA) and experience as a Super User for Payroll (i.e., Blueforce/EPAY). **Your resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under both minimum qualifications and highly qualification criteria above to be considered highly qualified. NOTE: Applicants who meet both minimum qualification criteria AND highly qualification criteria will be referred to the selecting official for first consideration.
