Administrative Support Associate - ManufacturingWe're seeking a reliable, detail-focused professional to join our Account Services team. This position suits someone with solid office or business experience who values consistency, takes pride in accurate work, and enjoys being a dependable presence that keeps client accounts operating smoothly. You'll partner closely with the Account Lead to provide strong customer support, generate price quotes, maintain client data in our business management system, and help ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism and care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Account Lead in building and sustaining lasting client relationshipsGenerate and process customer price quotes efficiently and accuratelyMaintain up-to-date, accurate client records in the company database systemHandle order changes, pricing updates, and routine account maintenanceAct as a professional contact point for client questions regarding orders, quotes, and accountsWork alongside operations, sales, and support staff to ensure client satisfactionKeep documentation and account files organized and currentMonitor and follow up on pending quotes to help move deals forwardOffer dependable administrative and operational support to the Account Services teamQualifications5+ years of professional office or business experience with a demonstrated history of dependabilityA consistent employment history showing commitment and follow-throughFamiliarity with business management or database systems preferredBackground in client services, account coordination, sales support, or office administrationExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational habitsProfessional, clear communication skills, both written and spokenA composed, steady approach to juggling multiple priorities without losing track of detailsWorking knowledge of standard office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing)Apply today if you're seeking a stable position where your experience is valued, where you can apply your skills supporting an established team, and where professionalism, clear communication, and reliability are recognized and rewarded.
