Administrative Support Services - Project Manager (LPO1)ProSidian Seeks a Administrative Support Services - Project Manager (LPO1) (Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant) located: CONUS - Washington, DC to provide DoD/Military Sector related Management And Operations Solutions for DOE Admin Support Services Services on behalf of The Department of Energy (FEMP & UMSS). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment Sector Group with overall focuses being Tailored Solutions To Meet Global Needs And Manage Resources across Energy, Infrastructure, & Environment In A Changing Environment. under NAICS Code: - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services for The DOE Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) with service(s) also characterized as The purpose of this contract is to provide services that will assist DOE in (1) participating in utility regulatory proceedings to protect DOE and FEA facility consumer and programmatic interests; and (2) determining the most effective strategies for meeting DOE site utility service needs.The Department of Energy (DOE) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to provide professional management and analytical support for its Loan Programs Office (LPO). The LPO's mission is to accelerate the domestic commercial deployment of innovative and advanced clean energy technologies, contributing to the achievement of national clean energy objectives, such as job creation, reducing dependency on foreign oil, improving the environmental legacy, and enhancing American competitiveness in the global economy.Responsibilities and duties include:Provide professional management and analytical support for the planning, administration, management, and operation of DOE's loan programs, including the origination, guaranteeing, and monitoring of loans for clean energy projects.Support the entire life cycle of a loan guarantee, from solicitation of proposals to evaluation and analysis of submissions, due diligence, award of conditional commitments, issuance of loan guarantees, post-award project monitoring, portfolio management, and reporting.Provide technical expertise in specific areas, including but not limited to nuclear energy, fossil energy, transmission, energy efficiency, renewable energy (solar, wind, biomass/biofuels, geothermal, etc.), and advanced technology vehicles and manufacturing.Work with large non-recourse project finance ranging from $100 million to $1.5 billion, and extremely large corporate loans for as much as $5 to $8 billion.Collaborate with federal staff at the LPO, providing support and expertise in underwriting and monitoring loans, but not for a turn-key loan servicing contract.QualificationsDesired Qualifications For Administrative Support Services - Project Manager (LPO1) | Key Personnel | Program Manager - Exempt 874-1 Consultant Candidates:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, engineering, or economics. Advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy or finance industry, with a focus on large non-recourse project finance and corporate loans.Strong analytical and financial skills, including budgeting, risk assessment, credit analysis, and economic analysis.Knowledge of DOE's loan programs, including Section 1703, Section 1705, and Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing (ATVM) programs.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including DOE staff, private companies, and lenders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.Skills Required:Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills, both oral and written.Competencies Required:U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States CitizenExcellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)Other Details:Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria.
