Job description
Remote Healthcare Credentialing / Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Position Highlights: Remote position handling high-volume healthcare onboarding and credentialing.
Manage tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and audit readiness.
Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, HR, Talent Acquisition, payroll, and clinic leadership.
Troubleshoot onboarding and credentialing issues and work independently with minimal training.
Requirements: High-volume healthcare credentialing experience required.
Recent dialysis or healthcare credentialing experience within the last 6 months.
Strong knowledge of licenses, certifications, background checks, I-9s, and compliance requirements.
Experience reviewing criminal checks, lab work, and employment/education verification.
Experience with UKG, Phenom, or similar HRIS/ATS.
Sterling or First Advantage experience highly preferred.
