Job description
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Contracts Department (02), Technical Acquisition Office (02T) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.
Key Responsibilities
You will serve as the Lead Approving Official (AO) for the Contracts Department Fleet Card Program and as the Alternate AO for the Government Purchase Card (GPC) Program.
Requirements & Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.
or equivalent doctoral degree OR Possession of an LL.M., if related that is related to this position being filled. OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
