Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) | Full-Time | Direct Hire | Highland Heights, OH & Columbus, OH
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead and oversee the overall operations of the community. The ideal candidate will be a confident, clinically astute leader with strong knowledge of the skilled nursing industry and the ability to effectively lead department heads and staff.
Key Highlights
Competitive compensation: $150,000+ annually
Semi-annual, metrics-based performance bonus
Potential to earn up to 20% of base salary through performance incentives
Opportunity to make a direct impact on quality care and operational performance
Schedule
Typically starts between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM with no fixed end time. The Administrator must be available 24/7 on-call depending on building needs and may occasionally work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the community
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain high standards of resident care and safety
Lead, develop, and hold department heads accountable
Oversee staffing, quality, regulatory, and operational initiatives
Develop and achieve community business objectives
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address operational needs
Qualifications
Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing in Ohio
Previous nursing home leadership or administrative experience required
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility regulations and operations
Strong clinical understanding of the skilled nursing environment
Proven ability to lead teams and hold department heads accountable
