Administrator Hospice Operations Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Healthcare System organization. They are looking to add an RNAdministrator Hospice Operations to their post-acute division to guide clinical services and operations for a branch. The branch is located near Kansas City, KS. Registered Nurse with strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in hospice is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.
Administrator Hospice Operations Requirements
Hospice homecare operations leadership experience.
Start-up experience a plus.
Expert in state and federal hospice regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
Administrator Hospice Operations Responsibilities
OversiteHospice daily and clinical branch operations.
Oversite of directly reporting clinical managers.
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
