Job description
Admission ConciergeThe Admissions Concierge will be appointed to overseeing all admissions coming into the health center(s) from pre-admission to discharge. As well, The Admissions Concierge will perform all customer service rounds within first 24 hours of patient stay ensuring patient satisfaction, reporting back to appropriate center leadership and ongoing throughout the duration of patient stay.
