Job description
Vivie in Minnesota seeks an Admission Nurse to guide patients and families through admission, assess needs, and document evaluations per Medicare regulations. You will coordinate with the care team to ensure a seamless transition into services.
The role requires MN RN licensure, CPR within six months, and 1 year hospice or end-of-life care experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle are needed for local travel.
