Admissions Coordinator

Pomeroy Living is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As the Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents to our community and contributing to the overall success of our skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families.
* Answer inquiries about the facility's services, amenities, and pricing.
* Schedule and conduct resident assessments.
* Coordinate the admissions process, including completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required documentation.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
* Provide excellent customer service to all inquiries.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* At least three (3) years experience in Health Care Sales/marketing/Insurance or commensurate education preferred. Experience in managed care/insurance preferred. Familiar with Medical Terminology.
* Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
