Job description
Huntington Woods Care & Rehabilitation Center, a premier skilled nursing facility in Westlake, OH, is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Admissions Director to oversee the admissions process and help prospective residents and their families feel informed, supported, and welcomed. This role serves as a key liaison among referral partners, families, and our interdisciplinary team—coordinating inquiries, reviewing referrals, facilitating tours, and supporting seamless transitions into care.
