Genesiscareers is seeking an Admissions Director in Training who will learn healthcare sales, census management and patient experience under a Senior Admissions Director and Regional Leadership.
You’ll master center tours, referrals, and partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and social workers while coordinating the Move-In Day experience and ensuring a welcoming patient journey. This role blends clinical coordination with fast-paced community sales in a growth-oriented environment.
