Job Summary:
The Admissions Director is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the admissions process at Sanctuary Recovery Centers. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage the admissions team, develop strategic plans to attract and enroll clients, and ensure a smooth and supportive admissions experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in admissions or healthcare administration and a passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and enroll prospective clients.
Oversee the admissions process, ensuring all procedures are followed and documentation is complete.
Manage and train the admissions team to ensure high-quality service and effective outreach efforts.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure alignment of admissions strategies with organizational goals.
Conduct public speaking engagements and community outreach to promote Sanctuary Recovery Centers.
Analyze admissions data to assess trends, develop reports, and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of five years of experience in admissions, healthcare administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and management skills.
Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with admissions software and data management systems.
A passion for helping individuals in their recovery journey.
