We Are: A 184-bed skilled nursing center dedicated to delivering rehabilitation and specialty care with compassion and enthusiasm.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Admissions Director to join our dynamic team! As Admissions Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient admission process for our patients. This includes recording information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges, as well as daily census reports and reporting. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating the inquiry process, facilitating the admission process, and maintaining monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records.
Key Responsibilities
Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
Daily census reports and reporting
Coordinate the inquiry process
Facilitate the admission process, including completing required paperwork
Notification and reporting of admission updates
Maintain monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
Remain in contact with new residents, perform 3-month post-move-in visit, and survey for satisfaction
Represent the facility at community events, open houses, and public relation events
Work with Nursing Liaisons/Marketers to facilitate referrals and admissions

Requirements
Experience in a healthcare setting working in Admissions
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
