Job description
Field Admissions FacilitatorAs part of the Field Admissions department, this position is responsible for managing admissions data, acting as a first point of contact for prospective students, helping prospective students complete paperwork, following up with newly enrolled students, guiding students through the necessary procedures they must complete before starting classes, and general Admissions department support. Individuals in this position will perform a combination of the duties and responsibilities listed below.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate appointments, coordinate bus tours, admissions tracking, tours, workshops, new student orientation, and special events.Follow up on inquiries by future students and discuss training needs with students and their parents.Assist in the preparation and execution of scholarship testing.Complete various Admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence.Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
