Job description
Volunteers of America Los Angeles is seeking an Admission Specialist to support the Admissions Coordinator by liaising with hospitals and referral sources for SUD treatment admissions across VOALA facilities and shelters. You will oversee outreach, coordinate referrals, and ensure timely processing of records and admissions.
The role requires knowledge of Medi-Cal status checks, ASAM triage, and strong coordination with community partners; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
