Job description
Presbyterian Homes & Services—Maranatha in Brooklyn Center, MN is seeking a full-time Admissions Nurse (RN) to support the admission process and coordinate with the care team across care options.
The role includes collaborating with the DON and clinical staff to assess admissions, determine coverage, coordinate care, and assist with discharge planning and utilization reviews, with a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:00–4:30 and flexibility to meet resident needs.
