Artesia Palms Care Center seeks an Admissions Director to optimize patient admissions and drive census growth. You will lead the admissions team, coordinate with Nursing, Case Management and discharge planners, and ensure smooth intake for residents and families.
Responsibilities include screening and admitting patients, ensuring insurance coverage, and managing relationships with referral sources to maximize referrals and admissions.
