BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Admissions Registered Nurse, for a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity performing home health visits for our office located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. BAYADA services clients on a per visit basis in territories throughout Atlantic County.
nAs a home care Registered Nurse, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

n nRegistered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
nnnFollow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
n
nnMake home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
n
nnPerform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
n
nnMonitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
n
nnFollow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
n
nnPerform client assessments as necessary
n
nnCase management and coordination
n
nnAccurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
n
n nQualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
nnnA current license as a Registered Nurse in NJ.
n
nnA minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
n
nnPrior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
n
nnGraduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
n
nnAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.
n
nnStrong interpersonal skills.
n
nnSolid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
n
nnAbility to travel to cases as assigned.

nBase Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:
n$54.00 - $64.00 per point ($84,240 - $99,840 annual earning potential)
