Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Registered Nurse – Admissions Nurse to coordinate safe, thorough patient admissions. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, review histories and medications, initiate individualized admission care plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation. You will collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and support smooth transitions of care in our community-focused, patient-centered environment committed to learning and quality improvement.
