Job description
Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY, is seeking an experienced RN Admissions Nurse to join our team. You will initiate admission assessments, develop initial care plans, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Responsibilities include auditing records for compliance, participating in discharge planning when needed, reviewing care plans, and maintaining HIPAA confidentiality.
