Admitting Registration RepresentativeImmediate need for a talented Admitting Registration Representative. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Pomona, CA (Onsite).Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.Job ID: Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Register patients accurately and efficiently upon arrivalCollect and verify patient demographic, insurance, and other required informationVerify insurance eligibility and coverage as requiredEnsure patient information is complete and accurate in the registration systemAssist patients with the check-in and admissions processProvide professional and courteous customer service to patients and visitorsHandle registration-related questions and direct patients to the appropriate departments when neededMaintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable privacy requirementsFollow established hospital policies, procedures, and patient access protocolsWork effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flowPerform other patient access and registration duties as assignedKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient RegistrationStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to accurately enter and verify patient informationAbility to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work required weekends, holidays, and on-call shiftsOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
