Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making
Utilizing skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems
Building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others
Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
Anticipating the needs of teams and clients to deliver quality outcomes
Embracing ambiguity and using it as an opportunity for growth
Responding effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others
Using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems
Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations
Upholding and reinforcing professional and technical standards within client engagements
What You Must Have
At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
Utilizing advanced data analysis techniques to drive insights
Developing complex data models and predictive analytics
Leveraging machine learning algorithms for business solutions
Excelling in client relationship management and communication
Demonstrating proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
Travel Requirements
Up to 40%
Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
