Overview

Responsibilities
Oversee large-scale marketing technology transformation projects.
Guide the design and architecture of integrated marketing ecosystems.
Leverage knowledge to facilitate discussions on data models and APIs.
Drive results by modernising client connections through technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
Analyse and refine marketing strategies based on performance data.
Maintain clear communication of project goals and outcomes.
Mentor team members to build skills and foster professional growth.
What You Must Have
Bachelor\'s Degree.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing technology strategy, architecture, and delivery.
What Sets You Apart
Master\'s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Marketing (preferred).
Experience developing and managing large martech transformation programs.
Familiarity with data privacy and governance frameworks.
Understanding of Adobe ecosystem integration with enterprise CRM.
Consulting experience with cross-industry clients.
Experience working with senior marketing and technology leaders.
Ability to translate complex marketing requirements into technology blueprints.
Experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams through end-to-end delivery.
Ability to build executive-level relationships and provide counsel.
Leadership in defining and executing enterprise marketing technology strategies and roadmaps.
Proven client relationship management, business development, and team leadership.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud components (RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, AEM Assets, Workfront).
Experience with AI solutions that improve efficiency and support technology strategy for large organizations.
Travel Requirements
Up to 40%
Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws.
