The NFI Vermont, Inc. Hospital Diversion Program North is seeking a full-time mental health professional to join our clinical team serving adolescents and families in psychiatric crisis.
The role focuses on initial assessments, clinical consultation, and coordination of referrals within an inpatient setting. The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in counseling or social work, has substantial experience with youth in crisis, and can work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
