Job description
Holyoke Medical Center – School-Based Health Center at Holyoke High School North Campus in Holyoke, MA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a primary care provider for students in the school clinic.
This grant-funded, ten-month role follows the school calendar and requires comprehensive student health assessments, immunizations, preventive care, and care coordination with the clinic team.
