Job description
Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) seeks a full-time Family Medicine Physician for Health Equity for Adolescents in the Legal System (HEAL) with the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The role supports NYC Health + Hospitals facilities and two secure detention sites, focusing on comprehensive care for adolescents in city custody.
You will work across sites, perform physicals and gynecologic histories, manage treatment plans, and coordinate referrals while ensuring safety
