Job description
Evolve Treatment Centers in Encinitas, CA, is hiring a Mental Health Therapist for our adolescent residential program. You will provide individual and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for teens ages 12 to 17 in our 6-bed center.
Responsibilities include group facilitation, documenting care in medical records, coordinating with the program team, and supporting discharge planning.
