Rimrock Trails is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to lead the adolescent residential treatment program in Prineville, Oregon. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance, coordinating with Clinical and Medical Directors to align clinical quality with operational performance.
