ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall nursing operations of the facility
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and programs
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
Conduct daily rounds to monitor and improve patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements
Foster open communication among staff, residents, and families to ensure a positive and supportive environment
ADON Assistant Director of Nursing Requirements:
Prior experience in a nursing leadership role
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New York
Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and enhancing staff satisfaction
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
