Job description
Wood Violet Recovery in Dodgeville, WI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead our medical team through detox and early recovery. You will oversee RNs and LPNs, ensure high‑quality, ethical care, and coordinate with providers to advance sustainable sobriety.
The role requires an active RN license in Wisconsin, 3–5 years of nursing experience (behavioral health preferred), and 1–3 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred; EMR experience is a plus.
