Job description
NaphCare is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Yuma, AZ to lead the nursing team at the Arizona Department of Corrections – Yuma facility. The role partners with the Director of Nursing to deliver quality care to the inmate population and ensure compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards.
The ADON will supervise staff, manage scheduling, and participate in clinical rounds, triage, and training to maintain high professional standards and patient safety.
