Job description
The Springs of Avalon in Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our Great Team. We are open to training an LPN or RN with nursing home experience for this leadership role.
Compensation will be based on experience, with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and paid time off. The ADON will plan, organize, develop and help direct the Nursing Services Department, ensuring quality care and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
