Sandy Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing and lead the nursing team in delivering high‑quality care in a home‑like setting.
This full‑time, on‑site role requires licensing as an LVN, 3+ years of nursing experience (long‑term care preferred) and 1+ year of supervision. You will supervise staff, focus on retention, and promote excellent patient outcomes.
