Job description
Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to collaborate with the Director of Nursing and lead the nursing team in delivering high-quality care for residents.
The role requires New York RN licensure, strong leadership, and excellent communication to supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support care planning. Salary range $95,000-$115,000 with a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
